Supporting Teachers

Innovation in the classroom sparks creativity, critical thinking, and a love for learning. The Canton Educational Foundation’s grants empower teachers to bring new ideas and cutting-edge strategies into their classrooms, giving students unique opportunities to excel. By funding innovative curriculum and resources, we’re investing in a future where students are better prepared for success. Supporting these efforts strengthens our schools, enriches education, and helps shape the next generation of leaders.

We give thousands of dollars each year

Thanks to our generous donors, we are able to pour resources right into the classroom to support those teachers who go above and beyond to make Canton ISD one of the most recognized school districts in East Texas.

Karla Burke - Canton Jr. High

I no longer stand behind a document camera to instruct.  I am able to move about the classroom … as they work independently and I monitor.
